Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop at JootayHub either by registering with us or
using a guest account at checkout.

Creating an account gives you these benefits:

- Track your orders and review past purchases

- Request exchanges (see Exchange Policy or contact support)

- Save your shipping details for faster checkout

- Get updates on new arrivals, sales, and exclusive discounts

How do I place an order?

Browse the product page, select your size and quantity, and
click “Add to Cart.”

At checkout, fill in or confirm your shipping details, choose payment method,
and finalize your order by clicking “Complete Order.”

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available across Pakistan. Please ensure you have
the exact amount, as delivery riders may not carry change.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely FREE – Nationwide COD available!

How will my parcel be delivered?

Your order will be delivered via a courier to your doorstep.
You may be required to sign for it. If unavailable, two delivery attempts will
be made before the parcel is returned to JootayHub.

What happens to undelivered parcels?

If your parcel can’t be delivered, it will be returned to
us. Our support team will contact you to reschedule. If there's no response,
the order will be canceled.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your Order
ID. Track it from your account dashboard or contact us via WhatsApp at 03126365085
or email: jootayhub@gmail.com.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days. Dispatches
are paused on weekends and public holidays.

What if the wrong or incomplete product is delivered?

Contact our support team right away via WhatsApp or email.
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel it.
Send your request through your account or contact our team. If already shipped,
you’ll need to request an exchange instead.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Our site updates stock in real time. If your size is
unavailable, the product will show “Out of Stock.” For assistance, contact us
anytime.

What if my size is out of stock?

Popular sizes sell fast! Keep checking back or contact our
team at 03126365085 for restock updates.
